Method Marketing was founded by Stephanie Hughes, a senior marketing leader with nearly two decades of experience helping organisations grow their audiences, strengthen their brands and unlock commercial opportunity.
Stephanie has spent much of her career leading marketing functions during periods of significant change and transformation, bringing clarity, structure and commercial thinking to complex environments. Most recently as Director of Marketing at a Premier League Football Club, she led the marketing function through ownership acquisition and change and the club's move to a new waterfront stadium.
Previously, she held senior marketing leadership roles at businesses spanning racing, hospitality, events and leisure, where marketing had to continuously perform commercially across multiple brands and audiences simultaneously.
After years working inside large, commercially demanding organisations, Method. Marketing was created to bring that same strategic thinking to businesses and brands that need experienced marketing leadership but don't yet need, or can't yet justify a full-time hire.
